 Wisch REI LTD was formed as a means to act on entrepreneurial passion and provide an avenue of  passive income for our family. Our business model is to work with family, friends and other interested investors to put their capital to work for the benefit of all involved. Utilizing a debt or equity investment strategy we purchase and rehab real estate properties through various means. We focus on buying properties with deep value add opportunities. Initially investing in residential real estate we have shifted our focus to commercial in a effort to increase scalability.
